  • Annual labs included: blood counts, chemistry panel, diabetes screening, cholesterol panel, thyroid test.
  • Additional labs, such as vitamin levels and hormone studies, may be billed directly to your insurance by the lab.

  • Visits for sickness or a new issue, with prompt care when you need it.

• Chronic disease management

  • Ongoing management of chronic conditions such as hypertension or diabetes.

• Telemedicine visits

  • Offered when appropriate to follow up an ongoing issue or address a new concern.

• Direct access to your physician

  • Through the patient portal, telephone, and text.
  • Coverage by a Suite 118 physician in Dr. Kennedy’s absence (680docs.com).

• In-office lab services and testing

  • Blood draws conveniently done on site*
  • Point-of-care testing with immediate results, such as urine dipstick and rapid strep testing.
  • Electrocardiogram (ECG)
  • Spirometry (lung function testing)
  • Vaccines*

• Coordination of care

  • Dr. Kennedy coordinates with your specialists and hospital team, if needed, to help you understand the plan of care.

*Lab tests, other than those included with your annual physical, and vaccines are billed directly to your insurance by the Northwestern Memorial Hospital lab and Vaxcare, respectively.
